Formerly known as the 'RICS Building Survey', offers an in-depth analysis of a property’s condition. It includes advice on defects, repairs, and maintenance. Opt for this survey if you have a large, older, or neglected property, an unusual or altered building, or if you plan major works.

Residential valuations for purposes such as home surveys, help to buy, shared ownerships, and probate. We follow the RICS Valuation Global Standards and consider factors including size, condition, and location. No commission is earned on valuations to maintain impartiality.
